How to Get Here.... By Air... Getting to San Jose can be achieved by several means, the most popular of which is Air Travel. Direct Charter Flights from most major U.K. destinations into Almeria Airport which is located approximately 30 minutes drive from the Pueblo are available throughout the year. There are several flight operators flying into Almeria and you can click on the links to visit some of them below.
If you have difficulty obtaining a flight into Almeria then you can fly into a number of other airports in the Andalucia region such as Alicante (2 ½ hours drive), Murcia (2 ½ hours drive), Granada ( 3 hours drive) or Malaga (4 hours drive). Car hire can be arranged at all the above airports at competitive rates should you require it
The Spanish national airline Iberia also flies scheduled into Almeria on a daily basis from London Heathrow via either Madrid or Barcelona.By Road....
